Christina and Erik are still your title team: same care, same responsiveness, same steady hands through every step of your closing.
What is new is what now stands behind them. Barnes Walker is a Florida law firm that has served the Gulf Coast since 1995 and closed more than 25,000 real estate transactions. Every closing now carries the backing of experienced real estate attorneys, deeper resources, and the security of a firm built to protect buyers, sellers, and agents at the closing table. Christina serves as Branch Manager of the Parrish office, with Erik as Assistant Manager — familiar faces, with a much bigger bench behind them.
