MEET THE OWNER

I hope I can help you navigate the home-buying experience and make it easy and a celebration of your purchase or sale.

I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 15 years.  My journey started as a legal assistant when one day my attorney said, "Christina, let’s do real estate, here is our first contract – figure it out please."  And so, I did.

Now, many years later, I’m a certified paralegal, attorney trained, title company owner.  So, why, when things are moving along nicely, would I want to start my own company?  A few reasons, I saw a need for a bit of flexibility in the industry.

Not everyone can make it to closing.  By having my own company, I can try to accommodate those clients with special needs.  We also work hard to make our closing more affordable.  Real estate closings can be very stressful, when you have to come up with so much money and everyone seems to have their hand in your pocket.  I cut fees and try to give better service.  What more is there?  Flexibility, affordability, knowledge and professionalism.

What else do I do, aside from work?  I am married (for over twenty years).  I have three dogs (two Miniature Pinschers and one Doberman Pinscher), three parrots (one Timneh African Grey, one Blue and Gold Macaw and one Blue-Headed Amazon), and eight chickens.  If that isn’t enough to keep me busy, I love doing pottery (learned at our local Manatee Arts Center here in Palmetto) and knitting (taught to me by some lovely German ladies, who excelled at this craft during our time living abroad) and boating here on our beautiful Tampa Bay.

I don’t think I could ask for a better life - I live in one of the most beautiful places in America, I get to help people fulfill their dream of home ownership and have a happy and full life outside of work.

I’m here to help and make your home-buying or home-selling experience a happy and stress-free one.
